From day one, Mitch’s focus has been continuously improving safety outcomes for clients. This started with a simple post on social media about SWMS, which quickly expanded. From then, we began including writing policies and procedures, building WHSMPs for company compliance, equipment test and tagging, drug and alcohol testing, training, height safety installs and much more.

It wasn't long before Mitch entered the bigger projects. Managing large scale projects, running WHS compliance along with all their training needs to keep workers who are on site, in the factory or in the workplace ensuring everyone meets their deadlines.  

Training has always been one of Mitch’s specialties (with over 15 years of workplace training, it would want to be).  Working under a 3rd party arrangement for the past 3 years, Mitch has kept our construction, manufacturing, mining, civil, professional services and many more industries current in all their training needs. From individuals, small businesses and larger projects where contractors from overseas would need training on the day they arrived in Australia, Mitch is ready to meet them and work so they could start on site without delay.
